What is the Difference Between Ordinary Shares and Preference Shares?
Sarah is a Practice Leader in the Corporate team. She began practising as a lawyer at a top London law firm before moving to Australia in 2018. Sarah specialises in advising startups, SMEs, corporate clients and investors on a variety of corporate matters from company incorporations and business structuring to complex cross-border business sales.
Sarah has experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, company structuring and reorganisations. She has a particular interest in working with Australian startups to raise capital and grow their businesses. Sarah also has experience in drafting general commercial contracts and providing regulatory advice, having previously specialised in healthcare law.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys exploring all the walks and beaches that Sydney has to offer.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (Hons), King’s College London, England.
