Rahul is a Lawyer in the Disputes team at LegalVision. He has experience working across several boutique law firms, where he developed a strong practice in dispute resolution and litigation. Rahul has acted in a wide range of commercial recovery matters, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency disputes, in jurisdictions across almost every Australian state.
He has managed and appeared in matters from the Local Court through to the Supreme Court and the Federal Court of Australia, giving him a practical understanding of litigation strategy at all levels of complexity. Rahul’s focus is on delivering clear, commercially grounded advice and achieving efficient outcomes for clients facing contentious issues.
Outside of work, Rahul enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
