Sarah is a Lawyer in LegalVision’s Construction team. Prior to joining LegalVision, Sarah was a lawyer at a specialist construction law firm, advising developers, principals, contractors, consultants and homeowners. Her experience includes advising on security of payment matters both pre- and post-dispute, delay and defect claims, insolvency and enforcement processes, and attending mediations. Sarah has previously appeared before the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Sarah regularly drafts and reviews construction contracts, including head contracts, subcontracts and consultancy agreements, with a focus on effective risk allocation.
Her combined construction disputes and contract experience enables her to deliver commercially focused advice across the lifecycle of a construction project.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading, baking and playing tennis.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, University of Technology Sydney.
