What Filing Method Should I Use for My Overseas Trade Mark?
Sophie is a Lawyer with the Intellectual Property (Trade Marks) team at LegalVision. She completed her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Western Australia and her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law. She was admitted to practice as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2018 and is on the register of practitioners of the High Court of Australia.
Sophie previously practised in family law before moving to Sydney from Perth in early 2020. Having completed her Honours thesis in copyright, she now enjoys working in intellectual property law, specialising in trade marks and brand protection. She is passionate about helping businesses of all sizes protect and enforce their intellectual property rights.
Outside work, Sophie balances her love of baking banoffee pie with her interests in health and fitness and her goal of completing her yoga teacher training.
