Amelia England is a Law Graduate in LegalVision’s Franchising team. She assists a range of clients with franchising and commercial matters, including franchise structures, disclosure obligations and compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct.

When entering into a franchise arrangement, it is important for both franchisors and franchisees to understand their legal obligations and ensure the structure aligns with their commercial goals. Amelia assists in preparing and reviewing legal documents and supports clients to navigate regulatory requirements with clarity and confidence.

Amelia has developed experience in legal drafting and client communication through her practical legal training and pro bono work, where she assisted clients with tenancy and welfare matters.

In her spare time, Amelia enjoys reading and spending time with her dogs.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Global Studies, Australian Catholic University.
