He has a rich background advising businesses on corporate immigration matters such as sponsorship obligations and global talent mobility strategies. Kaku also excels in personal immigration matters, offering tailored solutions for Partner, Parent, and General Skilled Migration Visas.

Kaku’s expertise extends to niche areas like Religious Work Visas, Invited Participant Visas, PALM Scheme, and Labour Agreements. He has also assisted clients in appeals at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and the Federal Court.

Kaku graduated from the University of Sydney with a Juris Doctor in Law, and completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law. Kaku was admitted to practice as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2022.

In his spare time, Kaku enjoys yoga, pub trivia and hiking.
