What if I work for my parents and never signed an employment contract. Do I have any rights?

Yes, employees are covered by National Employment Standards whether or not they are employed by their parents or if they work for a small business and have not signed an employment contract. National Employment Standards include being allowed to request flexible working arrangements, leave such as annual leave, personal leave, community service leave, long service leave, not having to work public holidays, notice, and providing the employee with a Fair Work Information Statement. The NES covers full time and part time employees. There are differing National Employment Standards for casual employees.
