Question: Can I upload someone else’s photo onto a social media platform such as Facebook, Reddit or Twitter without crediting them?
Generally, the answer is no. Moral rights are legal obligations covered in the Copyright Act. These obligations include the creators right to have the correct author attributed to their works.
