What happens if litigation is not disclosed by the franchisor?

If a Franchisor does not disclose any litigation it is involved in, a Franchisee may be able to terminate the Franchisee Agreement and claim damages against the Franchisor. The Franchisor could also potentially be fined by the ACCC.
