What if my customer orders delivery but is not there to collect it?

Do the goods require a signature on delivery? If so, then usually the delivery company will leave and let your customer know where the goods can be collected, such as a post office. If the goods do not require a signature on delivery, then the delivery company is likely to leave it in a discrete location.
