What happens if my customer makes a payment but I cannot process the payment with my bank?

If you have a set of Terms and Conditions – your Terms and Conditions should provide for this. Generally, a standard set of Terms and Conditions will give you rights to not deliver goods or not provide services if the payment is not cleared.
