You have the right to return to the same job you were performing prior to maternity leave, as well as prior to any reduction in work hours/responsibilities that occurred due to the pregnancy. You also have the right to change the hours that you work and to request flexible working arrangements, including part-time, starting/finishing times and the option of working from home.
