Does a Franchisor have to grant a first right of refusal?

A Franchisor is under no obligation to offer a first right of refusal to a Franchisee. However, if the first right of refusal is in relation to any potential sale of a franchise, the Franchisor must disclose this in the Disclosure Document at item 18.
