Can a Franchisee stop a Franchisee contacting an existing Franchisee?

A Franchisor cannot do anything to prevent or impair the ability of a potential Franchisee from contacting an existing Franchisee. A potential Franchisee has the right to contact other existing Franchisees while conducting their own due diligence process.
