23 JULY 2018 (MELBOURNE): NewLaw Firm of the Year, LegalVision, has welcomed Glen Pauline to its Melbourne office as a Disputes and Litigation Practice Leader. Glen brings more than 15 years of experience as a barrister at the Victorian Bar, often working closely with clients in the franchise and employment law spaces. His appointment marks the firm’s Melbourne office doubling in size in 12 months.

Victorian business owners and decision-makers want to work with legal service providers that listen and respond to their changing needs. I’m looking forward to working with a team that is making a real impact in the industry through their in-house legal technology and client experience,” Glen says.

Glen is also a nationally accredited mediator, and an alternative dispute resolution provider for bodies including the Franchising Mediation Adviser as well as the Australian Small Business & Family Enterprise Ombudsman.

Victoria has also seen strong economic growth as a result of multinationals like Google and David Jones relocating or opening new offices in Melbourne.

“Our Victorian client base continues to grow as we harness the learnings from servicing SMEs and apply them to ASX-listed businesses and enterprise companies. We’re always refining how we deliver legal services to focus exclusively on client satisfaction, especially in commercial litigation matters,” says LegalVision CEO, Lachlan McKnight.

“Glen will help ensure that we’re even better placed to offer that experience to Victorian based businesses, employers, franchisors and franchisees.”
