Today we have something special for our readers, the kick off of a new tradition here at LegalVision Australia. Presenting: the Friday feature client! A weekly spotlight on the business of one of our clients, what they do and how do they use LegalVision services in their business.

This week we are starting with A one stop, online shop for all your boutique children’s shopping needs. A unique formula in the Australian market, Littleville allows its users to shop through the offers of many boutique children’s clothing , maternity products and toy manufacturers, all combined in one place. Although it covers the entire country, Littleville is run as a family business by its founder Rebecca Butler and and her team. founder Rebecca Butler founder Rebecca Butler

LegalVision: Could you give us a brief description of your business?

Rebecca Butler: Littleville is an eCommerce platform for small businesses to sell baby, children’s and maternity products. It is one central marketplace where you can buy from multiple sellers with one checkout.

LegalVision: Could you give us a description of the legal documents that LegalVision helped you with?

Rebecca Butler: LegalVision worked with us to develop a Confidentiality Agreement prior to launch and all the legal documents required to protect our business, including Website Terms of Use and Buyers and Sellers Terms and Conditions.

LegalVision: How did getting the legal side sorted out help Littleville?

Rebecca Butler: It gave us peace of mind that Littleville’s website and intellectual property was well protected.

LegalVision: How did you find working with LegalVision?

Rebecca Butler: From the first email I sent Lachlan he was incredibly responsive and generous with his time and that has never changed whether we are working with Lachlan or Ursula. As a start up you want to be able to manage your costs as every dollar spent on support services is money that could be spent on directly growing your business. Working with LegalVision we knew we were getting top quality legal services and importantly we knew our fees up front. Which meant we could budget accordingly, control our spend and not receive any surprise invoices at the end. It was so important for us to find the right fit for our business which is exactly what we have found with LegalVision.
