Sarah Condie | Senior Lawyer | Meet the Team

Sarah is a Senior Lawyer in LegalVision’s Corporate and Commercial team. She specialises in corporate law and has experience assisting clients to set up and structure their businesses. She also advises on corporate governance matters, business and share sale transactions, and other corporate enquiries.

Prior to joining LegalVision, Sarah worked at a large national law firm where she advised clients on general corporate and commercial law, public mergers & acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.

Sarah is passionate about using her legal knowledge and customer service experience to best assist clients to achieve their business goals.

Outside of business hours, Sarah loves spending her time reading books and investing in her various creative pursuits, including making pottery and sewing clothes.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor, Bachelor of Arts, University of Sydney.

Professional memberships: Law Society of New South Wales.
