Rebecca is the Practice Group Leader of LegalVision’s Disputes and Litigation team. With an exceptional professional background, including tenure at numerous prestigious international law firms, Rebecca brings an unrivalled level of expertise and insight to her role.

Specialising in commercial litigation, Rebecca has played a pivotal role in successfully resolving a diverse range of complex disputes. Her areas of expertise encompass corporation law, shareholder issues, contracts, leases, intellectual property, defamation, and debt recovery. Additionally, she possesses comprehensive knowledge in handling negligence claims involving public and product liability.

In addition to her proficiency in dispute resolution, Rebecca boasts substantial experience in providing regulatory advice and navigating responses to investigations conducted by regulatory bodies. Her previous engagements advising government departments and agencies at the Federal and State levels have equipped her with a deep understanding of public law. Notably, Rebecca has contributed her expertise to significant investigations, including the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse and the Royal Commission into Trade Union Governance and Corruption.
