Rebecca Tang | Senior Lawyer | Meet the Team

Rebecca is a Senior Lawyer in the Corporate and Commercial team. She specialises in Corporate law, advising clients at all stages of their business, from the incorporation of the company to the sale of the business.

In addition to Corporate law, Rebecca also specialises in Childcare Law, having previously worked at one of Australia’s largest childcare providers. Here, she advised on mergers & acquisitions, leasing, and compliance with the National Quality Framework.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family and friends.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Science in Environment, Griffith University.
