Norm is a Lawyer in LegalVision’s Commercial Team. He has worked both in-house at a global pharmaceutical company and in private practice, where he supported negotiations on land acquisitions for a renewable energy project.
Prior to practising law, Norm built a career in change management, communications and business operations across a number of leading Australian companies. He worked on large-scale operational and technology initiatives, including the development of AI tools, CRM systems and global process improvements.
Outside of work, Norm enjoys reading, running, strength training, and spending time with his wife, daughter, cat and dog.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor, Bachelor of Journalism and Master of Communications and Media Studies, Monash University.
