Liangpu Guo | Senior Lawyer | Meet The Team

Liangpu is a Senior Lawyer in LegalVision’s Property and Leasing team. She advises developers, landlords, tenants and investors on a broad range of property matters, including acquisitions, structured land arrangements and commercial and retail leasing.

She assists clients with drafting and negotiating lease documentation, option agreements, duty advisory, council land matters and deceased estate property issues. Known for her clear and practical communication style, she focuses on delivering commercially informed advice tailored to each client’s objectives.

Liangpu was admitted as a lawyer in November 2020 and previously worked at a boutique firm in Sydney, bringing practical and hands-on experience to her client work.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing puzzle games and discovering hidden gems.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Juris Doctor, University of New South Wales.

Professional memberships: Law Society of New South Wales.
