Lawson Tinmouth | Law Graduate | Corporate and Commercial

Lawson is a Graduate Lawyer with a strong foundation in Corporate and Commercial Law, including experience across mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and corporate advisory. He has supported founders, directors and in-house counsel teams on a range of complex matters, including high-value transactions and regulatory compliance.

Before joining LegalVision, Lawson worked on major infrastructure and construction projects at a leading Australian contractor, where he was involved in drafting and negotiating contracts, managing legal risk, and advising on commercial strategy. His experience spans front-end project work, due diligence, and advising on governance and operational issues.

In his spare time, you’ll find him on the slopes throughout the winter or at the basketball court with his friends.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Applied Finance, Macquarie University.
