Emma Jackson | Intellectual Property

Emma is a Law Graduate in the Intellectual Property team, specialising in Trade Marks at LegalVision. She graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Communications and Media and is currently obtaining her Graduate Diploma of Practical Legal Training at the College of Law.

Prior to her role at LegalVision, Emma developed her legal skills in a boutique family law firm, where she provided invaluable assistance to clients with diverse legal needs. Now, eager to assist clients in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights, Emma is a valuable asset in the LegalVision Trade Mark team.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys travelling and getting in the ocean and out in nature as often as possible with her friends and family.
