Emma is a Senior Lawyer in LegalVision’s Employment team. She advises clients on all aspects of employment law, from engaging and negotiating with employees to navigating issues at the termination of employment. Emma has specific experience in employment contracts, modern awards, workplace policies, and performance and disciplinary matters. She has also assisted many clients in navigating and defending disputes in the Fair Work Commission.
Emma is a pragmatic and attentive lawyer who prides herself on delivering commercial advice to her clients, who are often managing sensitive issues within the workplace.
Prior to joining LegalVision, Emma gained valuable experience in both government and private legal practice, having worked for the Legal Aid Commission and a probity and assurance firm.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys exploring Sydney’s best restaurants and spending time outdoors.
