Deng is a seasoned professional with experience spanning recruitment, real estate, employment relations, logistics SaaS and business ownership in the NDIS sector. He takes pride in his consultative, customer-first approach, helping businesses overcome challenges and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Before joining LegalVision, Deng successfully owned and managed an NDIS business, showcasing his ability to navigate complex client needs and deliver impactful results. His background also includes managing the full sales lifecycle in SaaS and logistics, advising on workplace compliance in employment relations, and driving success in the real estate industry.
Outside of work, Deng enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, staying active and exploring Sydney’s vibrant culture.
