Daniel is a Lawyer at LegalVision. Daniel is experienced in acting and advising stakeholders on all aspects of construction at both the ‘front end‘ and ‘back end‘.

Daniel has prepared and negotiated complex construction contracts for commercial and residential projects. Daniel has drafted and negotiated a range of project documentation, including Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), lump sum, design and construct, cost plus, project management, tripartite (with financiers), subcontractor and consultant contracts.

Daniel has extensive experience in acting for clients in complex construction litigation as well as a deep understanding of the Security of Payment legislation.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, running and working in the garden.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science, Western Sydney University.

Professional memberships: Law Society of New South Wales.
