Chris is a Lawyer in the Disputes and Resolution team at LegalVision, bringing diverse experience spanning criminal and commercial law. Beginning his career in criminal law with the Director of Public Prosecutions, he then transitioned to defence work, developing strong advocacy skills that now benefit his commercial practice.
In commercial law, he has expertise in contractual disputes, intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright issues, as well as debt recovery proceedings. This experience, combined with his foundation in criminal law, provides comprehensive advocacy skills across various legal contexts. His unique background has given them extensive courtroom experience, having appeared before the Local Court, District Court, Federal Court, and Supreme Court. This diverse experience enables confident representation and strategic advice across multiple jurisdictions.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys attending concerts, spending time with friends and family, skiing, travelling, reading, and hiking.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts (History/Politics), Macquarie University.
