Cheryl is a Client Success Manager. She has over 12 years of experience in Customer Service, engagement, retention and account management. She is very passionate about customer satisfaction while ensuring that the business thrives and has a great reputation.
In addition to the above, Cheryl has worked as a Credit Control officer in a reputable company where she obtained knowledge on processing banking transactions, collecting debts and updating accounts. Cheryl uses her experience and skills to assist LegalVision customers with their inquiries, maximise client engagement and empower them to succeed by ensuring they are well trained to use our platform to access the lawyers to assist with the needs of their businesses.
Outside of work, Cheryl loves to spend time with her family.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Psychology and Sociology, University of Ghana, Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
