Caroline is a Senior Lawyer in the Commercial & Regulatory team. Caroline works across a broad range of commercial matters for software, procurement and health businesses. Caroline has a strong interest in health and advertising law, including compliance advice for medical practices, cosmetic and pharmaceutical businesses.

In addition to general commercial and regulatory expertise, Caroline was previously a Lawyer in the Dispute Resolution team and assisted clients responding to regulatory enforcement actions ranging from TGA and AHPRA compliance issues to OAIC privacy investigations.

Caroline uses her expertise to help businesses ranging from SME’s to enterprise size client with pragmatic, commercial legal advice on key risk contract issues and to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Bachelor of Arts, University of Technology Sydney.
