Alastair is a Lawyer at LegalVision with particular expertise in Technology and Commercial Law. He specialises in helping clients solve complex problems with practical and innovative solutions as well as developing legal frameworks and strategies that are tailored to their commercial goals.
Before joining LegalVision, Alastair’s legal experience included training at a large Australian law firm and at a privately owned Australian fintech startup. Prior to this, he also spent time working with clients on corporate actions and other matters in the financial services industry.
Alastair completed a Juris Doctor at UNSW and is a former Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 finalist in the Corporate Counsel (SME) category.
The law aside, Alastair enjoys playing golf, football and spending time with friends, family and dogs where possible.
