Medi Australia is the Australian branch of Medi GMBH & Co, a German medical device manufacturer. The company is known for its compression garments, helping patients with chronic phlebological and lymphological diseases. Medi also works in orthopaedics and in sports, including helping elite athletes to recover from their injuries.

No traction on an unpaid debt

A 3rd party was selling our products. They changed ownership and did not inform us. We found out when the new owners said they no longer wished to stock our product. However, the business still had a debt for consignment stock. The new owners refused to pay the bill, and the previous owner completely ignored our written requests for payment.

LegalVision issues a Letter of Demand
