The Opportunity
We are looking for a front-end developer to join our award-winning tech team which is based in Sydney. You will be working with a driven, creative and inclusive team that is building industry-leading technology and managing Australia’s most visited law firm website.
In this full-time position, you will use your skills to:
- assist in the design and development of our various platforms and websites
- work closely with the marketing team to take designs from a concept to a final product
No one day will be the same. You will work on a variety of tasks, including development for the website through to strategic web design and development work related to our market-leading legal tech projects.
Required Skills
- At least two years professional front-end experience in a startup environment and exposure to cross-discipline teams
- Good knowledge of CSS/SCSS (Animations, Flexbox, CSS Variables)
- Experience with responsive design and common web usability issues
Ways to Stand Out
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- UI design (sketching, wireframing, prototyping)
- UX design (user research and insights, journey mapping, value proposition)
- Experience in PHP (WordPress, Blade/Laravel), VueJS, jQuery
- User Acceptance Testing
- Experience in maintaining style guides
