EntoZyme is an innovative company originating from a Macquarie University spin-out, which uses genetically engineered Black Soldier flies to convert waste into animal feeds or high-value byproducts. This transformative approach aims both to manage waste and convert it into high-value products.

As the company transitioned from research to a functioning business, the co-founders encountered numerous legal requirements, from company setup to ongoing operational needs. LegalVision’s involvement provided crucial support for establishing business documents, handling trade mark disputes, and managing staff contracts.

This assistance ensured EntoZyme could focus on its core mission of advancing technology for waste management and chemical production.

Until we found LegalVision, all the law firms we encountered had strengths in particular areas, but couldn’t cater to all of our needs. LegalVision’s experience and expertise were invaluable as we navigated the complexities of becoming a business. There isn’t a week when we aren’t in contact, so the membership provides cost-certainty and value. It also allows us to focus on innovation while receiving prompt and effective legal support when needed. LegalVision’s team knows our business, which streamlines all our communications. They promptly resolve issues like trade mark disputes, which aids in our business development and growth.
