A better way to review

Domain was experiencing several challenges in their advertising review workstream, including high volumes of advertising review work and difficulty juggling competing timelines and priorities.

Advertising review requests were being handled by a manual spreadsheet logging process, and the work was being delivered by email. This often created practical challenges due to the back-and-forth nature of email, and organising high volumes of email threads.


Legal expertise, process design and technology

LegalVision hosted a workshop with Domain’s Legal and Marketing teams, to map out existing processes, and identify what was working well and what could be improved. We also identified where technology could streamline workflow.

Our resulting Advertising Review Product enables Marketing to upload collateral to Prism, LegalVision’s proprietary tech platform. Here, our legal team reviews the collateral, corresponds with the marketing team and provides advice.

Campaigns are also launched in shorter time frames, which is commercially important in a competitive industry. Domain’s in-house team has visibility over the material from a more strategic level, allowing them to concentrate on other areas of the business.

To date, LegalVision has reviewed over 500 pieces of marketing collateral for our Client with an average turnaround time of less than one day!
