The process of hiring or terminating the employment of an employee is something nearly all businesses go through at one stage or another. Central to the process is of course the Employment Contract. Obviously relationships between employers and employees, or businesses and contractors do at times need to be terminated. We therefore provide appropriate termination letters, as well as a Deed of Settlement – Termination of Employment or Contract.
