A Master Franchisor is the entity that grants a Franchisor (or Master Franchisee) the right to franchise the business within a certain territory. The most common circumstance in which this occurs is when a Master Franchisor grants a Master Franchise to a Master Franchisee, to operate as the Franchisor for a particular State or Territory.
