Charlotte adeptly handles a wide range of intellectual property disputes, focusing on infringement claims, oppositions, Australian Consumer Law claims, as well as defamation. She excels in navigating complex legal issues, while also providing strategic, tailored solutions for her clients.
Throughout her career, Charlotte has represented clients in high-stakes cases in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court of Australia, and various smaller courts and tribunals, including IP Australia and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Her deep legal knowledge and commitment to her clients’ interests make her a trusted advisor.
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys chasing after her two very active little boys.
