Sophie has assisted a large number of startups with their legal needs, including setting up the right business structure and implementing employee equity plans.
Sophie specialises in capital raising and advises startups and investors (including VCs) on raising capital via SAFEs, convertible notes, loans and straight equity.
In her spare time, Sophie enjoys testing out new recipes and going on long walks with her dog.
