LegalVision was very responsive right from the get go of my initial enquiry. A very easy process and they made sure they understood my expectations and outlined the brief and what to expect clearly to me which was great. Michael and his team also made suggestions relevant to what I was trying to achieve which I really appreciated.

Amber Turnbull, Just Cuts (COO)
LegalVision assisted with a number of legal docs and advice including negotiating with large corporates. They demonstrate pragmatism, experience and deep understanding of our business' risk profile, and has led to us counting LegalVision as an integral ingredient to the overall success of our business.
Anthony Bekker, ROKT (Head of Operations Strategy)
We have worked with LegalVision on our shareholders agreement, employee share scheme and a capital raise. Their fees are very reasonable compared to “name” firms and they have repeatedly gone the extra mile and demonstrate they know the startup space.
John Baini, TruePillars (Co-Founder & CEO)
LegalVision's lawyers are the team you want by your side when reviewing and negotiating contract terms. We’ve worked with LegalVision during our Friends & Family Round where they prepared our convertible notes, and during our seed round which we closed with excellent terms and well ahead of schedule.
