Ingrid is a Senior Lawyer in LegalVision’s Corporate team. She provides advice on financing transactions, choosing the right business structure, changing business structures and complying with the legal requirements placed on companies. She has experience advising clients in the resources and rail haulage industries.
Prior to joining LegalVision, Ingrid was a solicitor at an international top-tier firm in their Mergers & Acquisitions and Banking & Finance teams. Ingrid has experience with business and share sale transactions and other commercial transactions. She enjoys getting to know her clients’ businesses and providing seamless, commercially focused legal advice.
In her spare time, Ingrid enjoys sewing quilts, reading cosy mysteries at the beach and snuggling with her two rescue kitties, Molly and Harry.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor, University of New South Wales, Bachelor of Economic and Social Sciences (Hons), University of Sydney.
