Estelle Nam | Practice Leader | Meet our Team

Estelle is a Practice Leader in LegalVision’s Disputes and Litigation team. Estelle has experience in a broad range of commercial disputes, including corporations and shareholder disputes and contractual disputes. She also has experience in employment disputes, including restraint of trade disputes, unlawful termination and disputes involving dismissal of senior executives.

Estelle regularly appears in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court of Australia and other courts and tribunals. She uses her experience to provide practical and commercial solutions for clients, including resolving disputes without the time and costs associated with litigation. Estelle also speaks fluent Korean.

Prior to joining LegalVision, Estelle worked as a litigation and employment lawyer at both large and boutique firms.

In her spare time, Estelle enjoys walking and hiking with her Jack Russell Terrier and spending time with her family.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting major), University of New South Wales.

Professional memberships: Law Society of New South Wales.
