Alex is a Senior Lawyer in LegalVision’s Corporate team. Alex specialises in mergers and acquisitions, business sale and purchases, shareholding arrangements and general corporate advisory work for private companies.

Prior to joining LegalVision, Alex worked at one of Australia’s top law firms where she worked in the Corporate/M&A team, advising clients on large scale private equity and M&A transactions. She then spent 12 months in the Cayman Islands working in the Investment Funds team at a top global firm.

In her spare time, Alex enjoys being outdoors, taking her dog for swims and baking delicious treats.
